SpotWar is listing software: a 24×24 product leaderboard. A payment buys permanent listing placement for a product URL — not a financial instrument, not a deposit, and not an auction of any kind.

Every payment adds to a cumulative stake keyed to your URL host on that lot. The biggest total stake receives the building. Ranks 2–3 receive sidewalk signs. Every other stake receives a board row. Ranks change when stakes grow: a sign can move down to a row. No stake is ever removed by another payment.

Payments are final. Being outranked does not refund. Refunds happen only by moderation or by manual support action, and a refund takes the same cents back out of the stake.

You warrant that URLs you submit are lawful to display. Listings that receive three distinct reports are hidden pending review. We notify the holder. Listings that violate these terms stay hidden without a refund.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks may result in a host block.
